Responsibilities:

1. Prepare production plans based on orders and capacity and track execution.
2. Coordinate materials, equipment and manpower and handle production exceptions and rush orders.
3. Analyze capacity and delivery data and propose optimization suggestions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in industrial engineering, logistics management, statistics or related.
2. Skilled in Excel and other analysis tools; knowledge of ERP/MES systems.
3. Logical, communicative and able to work under pressure.
