Led by Hubei yangtze laboratory and held by Hubei Hsingchen Technology Co.,Ltd, it is located at No. 1, Jiulonghu Street, East‑Lake High‑Tech Development Zone, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. The company constitutes a key component of the complete innovation chain for high‑end advanced packaging in Optics Valley, covering basic research, technological R&D, pilot‑scale verification and industrialization implementation.
It is constructing a 12‑inch mass‑production plant for advanced packaging. Targeting high‑computing‑power chips, intelligent driving chips, edge‑side AI inference chips and other sectors, the company provides customers with customized advanced‑packaging technical solutions and achieves large‑scale mass production of advanced‑packaging products
