Responsibilities:

1. Organize daily production and manage shift scheduling on the line.
2. Track plan attainment, WIP and cost metrics and drive efficiency improvement.
3. Implement safety, 5S and shop-floor discipline management and build team culture.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electronics, industrial engineering, management or related.
2. Over 3 years of line management experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing.
3. Strong on-site organization and team leadership skills.
