Responsibilities:

1. Install, commission, accept and maintain packaging equipment.
2. Analyze equipment faults, build preventive maintenance plans and improve uptime.
3. Support equipment selection, technical agreement reviews and capacity expansion projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electrical, automation, electronics or related.
2. Familiar with semiconductor packaging equipment and experienced in maintenance and troubleshooting.
3. Rigorous, and able to support shifts on the production line.
